Complex syndrome characterized by a set of physical signs and symptoms secondary to an alteration of ventricular function of heart valves or the load of the ventricles. Heart failure is a slow process that usually worsens with time. You may have no symptoms for many years. This manifestation and slow progression of the ICC is due to the efforts of the heart to compensate for its gradual weakening.
