Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)


Systemic auto-immune disease, characterized by causing chronic inflammation of the joints that causes progressive destruction with various degrees of deformity and functional disability. Sometimes their behavior is extra link: can damage cartilage, bone, tendons and ligaments of the joints and may affect various organs and systems, such as eyes, lungs, heart, skin or blood vessels. The course and severity of rheumatoid arthritis can vary considerably. Infection, genes and hormones may contribute to this disease. (ARTRITIS REUMATOIDE)
